I cant come to your location due to the incense or whatever is being burned that gives me an instant headache. Thought you should know.

The scent is from a scented oil machine that we use company wide, and every store has one. This is to keep away different pet odors out of stores. Unfortunately, I received very poor service on this day. Both employees were far more interested in being on their phones, together, at the counter, than helping me.
