Was alright. The Richardson location is ALWAYS super friendly. I came in with a 20% coupon and one for a free plush toy. There were no instructions for the lady ringing me up on how for her to take off the toy $ on her end. She was frustrated because "they never have instructions on how to do those coupons" which I understand, because if I wanted to use it online, there were no instructions for me, either. However, I will continue to utilize the Richardson location for the staff. Thanks!
