STELLAR customer service by both HANNAH (sp?) *AND* TAYLOR at HF Memphis location at Poplar and Yates. Both ee's went <<WELL>> above and beyond in helping me with my 1st ever use of "self-service" dog wash AND help with purchasing new types of dog food for our pooch with skin conditions. BRAVO to both HANNAH & TAYLOR!! :) :) :)
Even though it was late and the store was about to close, the sales associate took time to help me pick out the best food for my dog. I really appreciated the extra time she took to help me.

Very friendly and helpful employees. The self bathing service is top notch. They provide everything except the dog, LOL! It's a great option for bathing when it's cold outside.
