I Always get exceptional customer service at the Poplar/Yates location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I enjoy the convenient online ordering and curbside service. This is one of my favorite stores. I highly recommend & will remain a loyal customer !

The customer service here (and the other HF I go to) is incredible. They actually know the animals and care about their well-being. Suggestions are in response to questions, not just to sell products. These people are like all stores should be!

I absolutely love this location! They're always SO helpful and attentive! If I've got any questions, they're happy to answer them and not just for the sale! They genuinely are about my fur baby as much as I do! She's loves visiting the store!
