Right when I walked in I was greeted by Stephanie. She walked me to the section I needed. When they were out of the product, she called an employee who was headed our way to bring the item. Stephanie also helped me get the (heavy) products to the car and told me about their discount programs.

I stopped in to pick up a new scratching post for my cat and happened to find myself in the care of the store's resident cat specialist, Stephanie. I really lucked out. Customer service in all of the Hollywood Feed locations is outstanding and that's just one more reason I shop there. Trust is the major reason.

I Always get exceptional customer service at the Poplar/Yates location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I enjoy the convenient online ordering and curbside service. This is one of my favorite stores. I highly recommend & will remain a loyal customer !

The customer service here (and the other HF I go to) is incredible. They actually know the animals and care about their well-being. Suggestions are in response to questions, not just to sell products. These people are like all stores should be!
