Went last night for our yearly "it's a wonderful life". It was our first visit since the chair remodel. Loved the new seats and the choice of seats when buying the tickets online, made for a less stressful entry into the theater. Food quality has declined as well as the cocktails. My husband and I both had gyros, very disappointing. Hardly any meat on it, and our food came out about 20 mins apart from each other. No mirrors in bathrooms. Charged $1 for dressing on my side salad. New menu that took away a lot of options. No more free refills. There was no garbage cans in men's bathroom. What the heck happened?!!
The new reclining seats are amazing! The new menu is well..., gross. Not the same selection or quality when it was star grill cinema. And they don't serve you. Bringing a loud vibrating pager into the theater then having to get up, go get your meals and come back is loud and distracting. So having said that. We will still come for the comfy seats and fresh new theater rooms, popcorn and Wine! We'll eat lunch or dinner before we go.
The Atmosphere, seating, Service and Movie were great. The pizza was bad. It had a very bad flavor, couldn't even finish it!
