Unfortunately, I am left with not much to say other than “ when I was at my lowest and Holtzman offered me a position, I thought I was super blessed. To my dismay, I was treated as if were extinct! Not by the everyday hard workers in the field and in the office, but the “So Called Leadership “!! I lost nothing but precious time that could of been spent with my children. Had them come out for the second time in just over a year to replace a faulty thermocouple on gas fireplace. Required a $99.00 service fee to get on the service list, then after service tech confirmed it was bad, charged additional $199.00 for part and labor. I would not recommend using them for any service work ever again especially, after asking up front if the repair cost be minus the initial fee already charged which I was told yes only to be charge both. Holtzman propane is very busy and can not be expected to provide timely customer service. I moved to Culpeper in September, and following a disagreeable conversation with customer service, was required to sign a 5 year agreement, and pay for services in advance. I’ve now had two failed service calls, and am now scheduled for 10 days from now. I do not think this is consistent with Holtzman’s stated policy of customer first!
