Holtzman propane is very busy and can not be expected to provide timely customer service. I moved to Culpeper in September, and following a disagreeable conversation with customer service, was required to sign a 5 year agreement, and pay for services in advance. I’ve now had two failed service calls, and am now scheduled for 10 days from now. I do not think this is consistent with Holtzman’s stated policy of customer first!

I looked at the rating for Holtzman Propane before switching from my former carrier and it is one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. I had the understanding in my signing the agreement that the service of the gas and line would be routine. Well I called and they scheduled me three weeks out.
