The process seemed easy. We were able to get a house we liked. However, we thought they house we remain the same as it was during our final walkthrough except for the requests we had (which were none) and necessary repairs. Items previously installed in the home remained in the house during our final walkthrough - to our surprise. We were happy those items were there. However, after closing those items were removed without even consulting us. I definitely think the communication regarding this matter should be better.

I am a Coldwell Banker Realtor and have helped dozens and dozens of families through the Home Partners Program. In this crazy Real Estate market many traditional buyers are getting crushed and the program helps them out tremendously.
