I had a client who came to me and was not able to obtain traditional loan approval at this time. Her lender gave them several options and Home Partners of America was one of them. This could be the best thing to happen to a first time home buyer who may not have all the initial down payment to get into a dream house within budget. To agents, this is a fast responsive group that is very competitive. Couldn't have had it better.
