It is flexible and they work hard to please you. There is no pressure to rent/buy a house that you are not wanting to buy/rent.

Smooth and easy process. Provides individuals a lot more flexibility than a typical rental. My biggest hurdle is getting my clients past the higher rent than a typical rental but once I do get them to understand it for the option of purchasing at a predetermined price it's usually smooth sailing.

This is a great program for ones that are not able to qualify for a mortgage, but will be able to in the near future.
