The entire process with Home Partners was first class. From contract to closing in less than 30 days! If you have a buyer who can't quite buy yet, this is the way to go! HP is a great option for people that want to own, but not quite ready. Staff was great, a little slow on offer response time, but overall good. My clients are so excited to move in to their home this weekend!

Homepartners was a good situation for my buyers. They knew where they wanted to live and just wasn't able to get a loan. They have a great home in the school district they love. Easy and seamless transaction.
