My client is very happy. The process allows people who can't get a traditional mortgage to move forward to being able to live in the home they want and buy it in the future. I recommend it.
This is a real program helping people get into a home of their choice. If you like the home you can buy it. If you change your mind you can walk away at the end of your one year lease. The application process is easy and quick. You don't have to waite forever to know if you qualify for the program. Most important this is a legetimate company. I highly recomend it.
