RecommendedFortunatly we are in Collin County Tx where properties continue to hold value if not rise each year. This of course makes purchase a reality when the time comes. I have although received complaints about Pathlight. Some of them are hard to believe. As a former property manager I understand the difficulty of the business but I feel their work ethic should be reviewed.
