Liam was prompt and finished quickly. It is a shame it took so long and so many contacts to get parts and him here though.
The engineer was polite and explained everything to me no problem
Jesse did very well. He serviced the machine to the best of his ability but due to the situation of not been able to supply new filters etc he could only work with what he has. I do feel that as a Company you could have advised your customers who have these hoovers of the situation when you knew.
Wayne arrived promptly. He was efficient, thorough and very pleasant and professional throughout his visit.
Paul was excellent. First class knowledge, explained everything in simple terms.
Phoned Homecare at 9.00am, engineer was here within an hour. Paul fixed our Washer/Drier and explained everything beautifully. Friendly, knowledgable engineer, excellent service and a competitive call out fee too. Couldn't be more pleased. Unfortunately I didn't get Paul's surname.
Dave arrived punctually this morning and got straight to work. What a lovely chap; completed a brilliant clean on my ovens. Offered lots of helpful advice and tips for further maintenance for my products. Can’t thank you enough for sending Dave and would like to request him for future visits if possible. (PE25 2EL)
