The service was very good. Andy was very polite. My only criticism would be I shouldn’t have to ring for an annual service the company should ring the customer. I hope my yearly oven clean gets booked in and I don’t have to chase for the the clean

I have already responded
There were 2 operatives as one was being trained. Both were polite and offered to take their shoes off. The servicing was thoroughly executed to my satisfaction. The fact that there had been a merger was well explained as well as how it affected me. I have no complaints except for the unacceptable dialogue when telephoning.
