Lee is an excellent engineer, very knowledgeable and gets on with the job in hand. Very respectful and would welcome him to any future jobs I might have.
Wayne Clark was the engineer who did the clean;very efficient and he gave me additional advice which I appreciated
Excellent service! Our carpet always looks brand new after and smells lovely too. The guy that came to our house was courteous and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name but would like to say thank you.
Your representative, Mike Hartley, is a very nice and well mannered young man. He dealt with the problem and when I asked if he could put a new bulb into the oven (I already had one) he very kindly obliged. Now that is what I call service!! Thankyou Mike
My first experience of an oven clean, I have Neff ovens which has a selection of self clean options. But dust does gather in between the glass and is not accessible , so it was a good job. The engineer was very good as he had a few problems with the doors but he kept at it until he sorted the problem, so thank you, I will be doing this again.

Gary was very pleasant and efficient and did a good job. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars was because I was disappointed he wouldn’t move the TV and stand so that area wasn’t cleaned
He arrived on time and worked really hard. He was also very pleasant and cheerful. Sadly he couldn't do one thing I wanted, which was to raise the cooker higher so that strips I bought to cover gaps on either side would stay in place without falling down sides of cooker. But that wasn't his fault!
Had my cooker cleaned today by Lee. Very nice young man and did a great job. From the minute he arrived he worked away all the time he was was with me. Really pleased with the result.
