Excellent oven clean from Lee earlier today. Very professional and confident and as well as the oven and hob clean was full of useful hints and tips.

Very helpful engineer. Did a good job. Showed me new vacuum and tile washer/vacuum. I particularly liked the tile washer but not at that price. My income is not yet settled after husbands death. . Sorry, not good at names but he was 6ft 4in.

There was an issue regarding the price I was quoted on the phone and the price they said it should have been when they got to the house. This appears to have been because the questions asked at time of quote on phone were not detailed enough. Despite this issue I paid what I was quoted and the work was to a good standard.
