Good oven clean
As usual Phil Massey's service was excellent. He is polite, considerate and efficient. My oven, vacuum cleaner and carpets look sparkling clean and smell lovely.

Connor and Matt were very polite and took the time to explain about the procedure and that Matt was learning the job. I have to say for someone new to the role he has made a very good job of cleaning the carpets . I would be happy for Matt to clean them again next year. Excellent service

Very pleasant and efficient young man who made a good job of cleaning cooker etc. Did not appreciate the sales pitch as my monthly income is stretched and I felt awkward about turning down offers. I’m glad that Jack seemed to understand. Please thank him for me. Sadly I will not be renewing my contract with you for next year.

My Kirby needed a new part. Colin replaced it with his usual expertise and the vacuum is in full health.. Colin also demonstrated Homecare's hand-held light weight vacuum and explained the use of all its component parts indetail. I was impressed and would seriously think of buying one once the Government stops robbing me. Colin is a great ambassador for Homecare.
