John the engineer was very thorough, answering any questions I had and was polite and knowledgeable . Also fitted a carbon monoxide detector as we didn't have one. 10/10

Gary was very personably. He did a very thorough job which I have not always had. Explained clearly and in easy terms that I could understand about the policy covering white goods and boiler, which was far cheaper than my present policy. I would highly recommend this young man.

Gary was professional and polite and has excellent manners. His approach was awesome and friendly. Gary repaired the Kirby immediately and booked in for a full service and oven clean. Also ordered bags and brought in the extra items that I requested. Absolutely excellent service as always

we had lee out to our dishwasher which had stoped working, he was able to get a spare motor and its working like new.he is a good worker and knows alot about white goods , he also had to come out to our washing machine which had bearings issue, it was decided to get a new washing machine replacement for us the new washiing machine is now here and been fitted and the old one taken away.i am very pleased with homecare for all there help.
