The young man was very polite and pleasant. He was very friendly and did a great service also very clean and tidy while carrying out the service. It was a pleasure talking to him during the service.

Very good. Colin very obligingly and helpful, also very courteous! He has done a good job and carpets really clean The only criticism I have about the visit is I was not given a time slot for the expected time of arrival I had to ring twice to get confirmation of if it would be morning or afternoon.. not as efficient this time as you usually are.
