Andy did great! Solved the problem, completely dismantling the machine, cleaning and reassembling it in a most professional manner. He was friendly, explaining everything so the problem shouldn't reappear. Finally, he explained our future care options and costs in a simple and non-pushy way. David was very good. Checked everything thoroughly and deduced that a sensor was possibly malfunctioning so gave the machine a hot white vinegar wash and advised us to monitor it in the future. Very pleased with him and his trainee
