It took nearly two weeks to get an appointment after the first one had to be rearranged as the engineer was ill. Lee arrived on time, was friendly, explained what he was checking and gave the oven a full check. Once he had identified the problem, he had the part on his van and fitted it. A thorough, professional job.

Even tho Gary didn’t have the replacement part I needed he managed to leave me with a working vacuum. Which I would have struggled without over the Christmas holidays.
