He was quick efficient and friendly
Andy explained about the changes as regards the company. He soon got the job done. He then helped me to set up new direct debit. I wasn't interested in the new model he showed me as I didn't need it. So pleased he didn't do the hard sell as that would have totally put me off dealing with the company. I returned the pink supersonic model as in my opinion it has a design fault. Lee came out to look at my washer knew exactly what was wrong the part was ordered which was a new drum he came the following day and fitted it. All i can say is the service i received was fantastic, Lee was a true professional mywasher is like a new one. I am absolutely delighted.

The 2 people who attended were efficient. But we were advised that we would have the appointment on Mon 3rd June, when no one arrived we telephoned to be told that the person who took the booking hadn’t made a note so we eventually got the problem resolved on Wed 5th. Not Conner’s fault at all but definitely your office’s inefficiency.
