Connor, a most delightful young man, came along this morning to clean our carpets. He was so very polite and did an amazing job. He was friendly, hard working and kept us informed of everything he did.

As usual the service is excellent. Service engineer Gary was friendly & polite as well as efficient. One part that was required & not in stock , it has been ordered to be delivered directly to us . Advised how to fit the replacement hose when it arrives . Thank you
