After an initial delay arriving the service was completed professionally and quickly. The man( sorry he was called Paul but didn’t pickup the surname) who arrived was very pleasant and amiable and explained what he was doing throughout the process. He offered useful advice on how to look after the machines for the future. No fuss or mess ,the hoovers were cleaned ready to use. No problems at all, very happy with the service, will return next year when the services are due, thank you.Â
