Great experience very professional cracking job very thorough
Mike was very efficient and sorted all the problems quickly and without any problem . He was polite and friendly .
Colin arrived on time, serviced my machine and replaced the filter. He demonstrated the new small Dyson (I’ve forgotten its name) and encouraged me to try it. As always, he was pleasant and efficient.
Colin was very good doing his job he done everything to the hover and was very helpful with anything that l asked him
The engineer Matthew Chapman did a brilliant job on my carpet making it look like a new carpet He was very pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job job

Today I have had my oven cleaned by Duanne and Joel (I think). It was Joel first day. They did a excellent job and I am very pleased with the result. They were both polite and friendly, and I think Joel will be a asset to the company
