Arrived early and went straight to work. Identified problem and ordered parts by phone. Explained problem and what happens with order. Came back once parts delivered and fitted. Again nice and early which is great for me. Two nice well mannered men Thank you
The oven clean was very good. Just wish you would not come with the hard sell for a total appliances contract every time we have a homecare visit. We will not EVER add to our existing two contracts!!!!
