Brendan was very polite, we had issues with getting one of the bolts out ti enact the repair, but between us, we sorted it all out; job completed and oven sorted in time for Christmas!

Arrived early and went straight to work. Identified problem and ordered parts by phone. Explained problem and what happens with order. Came back once parts delivered and fitted. Again nice and early which is great for me. Two nice well mannered men Thank you
