Very helpfull and polite and clean
Lee G had a proper look at the oven and systematically checked for the source of the problem. When figured out, he repaired the fault perfectly and additionally offered helpful information about the oven. On the other hand, I am grateful to Paul who organised the job behind the scene and communicated effectively.
First rate service. End result is a gleaming oven. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with.
my service was due on Monday but I was given a cancellation for the Thursday before which was even better . Colin who done the service was extremely good and give me some good tips on how to clean my hoover. my hoover was like new after service nothing was a problem to Colin . thankyou .

Fantastic service - very knowledgeable guy who was respectful and cleaned after. Full explanation given on what he had done on both hoovers and how to get the best out of them. Discussed upgrade to a wet / dry cordless at some point once building work completed.
George was pleasant and unobtrusive. He carried out the service efficiently and replaced the charger which had stopped working. He explained different options to us.
