Engineer arrived & read instructions from office which were to clean oven & grill. Plan includes extractor & hob + washing machine. Engineer tried to contact office to make them aware but couldn’t reach them so did the full job as required! He did a good job on cleaning the whole cooker & washing machine left everything clean and would have him back if I was to continue with plan.

Very happy with my oven clean, it’s very shiny again. Lee had two cancellations today so serviced my hoovers as well, very helpful.
George came today to fit a part that previous engineer Colin said we needed. George quickly came to conclusion the part was not the issue and rectified the fault himself. I really felt that George knew what he was doing he was professional and very pleasant and efficient . Would be more than happy for him to come on any future visits
Matthew was very courteous and professional. He kindly moved the necessary furniture, ensuring everything was placed back exactly as he found it. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The carpet looks so much better (practically like new) for a professional deep clean. I would not hesitate in recommending Homecare and particularly Matthew who carried out a first class service.
