I got call yesterday offering me a call for today as Colin was in my area. I loved this as I have been meaning to book my appointment, so thank you for contacting me. Colin came today, he was great; tidy, clean, helpful. Colin was very good explaining the reason the Kirby was not working before the service and why it might have been intermittently switching on at first attempt. After he solved that problem ( broken rocker arm), the vacuum has switched on at the first attempt.

gary knew what he was doing..good service and explained all that was wrong waiting for new part now to fix the hoover......would recommend this company but i have been with them for a good few years now..no complaints whatsoever
