They came in do my oven, and I in passing mentioned another issue to them, and Ryan really went out of his way to help me resolve that other matter. I also felt assured when I noticed that both Joe and Ryan were wearing clearly marked uniform, and on their uniform it was clearly marked that they were gas safe registered.
