I met Andy today, first the time this morning. He is polite, friendly, understanding man and worked in a professional manner. My Kirby hoover needed a complete maintenance, overall. He understood how I felt, in being let down IE waiting for a new brush heads which has been on order since November 2023. Andy changed this item immediately, thanks. The gentleman that you sent to Service, my vacuum cleaner was excellent. He was on time, polite and Case of my property. He went to both and beyond, unfortunately apart that was needed he didn’t have so. I am just waiting on another appointment.
