The engineer(s) arrived early which was fine, were pleasant and polite and explained exactly what they were going to do and the costs involved. When they couldnāt open part of the Dyson they showed me why which I agreed with the part was damaged.As usual when using Homecare the service was quick and efficient. ThankyouĀ
Booked gas boiler service and gas safety report. Communication from John the engineer was great before and during inspection. Arrived on time inspection done very pleased with service will use again for this and other services Homecare offer.Ā
