The engineer who came to service the Kirby was very good and knew his stuff. The original contact was very poor. Two belts were sent to the wrong address and we found out to the wrong name. The engineer who should have called originally telephoned Mr Wheatley on my Landline. and also sent an email to my computer for a Mr Wheatley. So it was all a bit confusing.
