My 1st time having and using a Home Warranty so happy i selected Home Membership put my request in fast response water heater blew Called approved same day thank you so much partial reimbursement on the way very courteous ,understanding Great Customer Service Jamie Malone Indpls

My air conditioner went out and they connected me with a repair company within hours. Home Membership even covered the cost of my hotel stay during my wait for the repairman to show up as it went out over the weekend. In every instance I’ve requested maintenance, they’ve always responded quickly and provided the best service from the nicest people.

My air conditioner went out and I am so happy I had this company as my warranty provider. They had someone out the same day and had me up and running again with in 2 hours. They also followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly. My policy is up next month and I will be renewing it as soon as I can.

Home Membership delivered a prompt buyout for our dishwasher in our new home. We made a phone call in the morning an by noon were approved for a buyout. The check was mailed out the same day. Super friendly accommodating personnel.Excellent service!

Home membership is amazing! We recently bought a warranty through them and already have had to use them! It was a super simple process and took all the stress of having our fridge repaired!
