The loan officer at HomePlus that I dealt with was Frank Schiefer. Frank is a very professional and down to earth person; he is not a high pressure or impatient mortgage loan officer. He pretty much answered any question I had by phone or email for weeks before I even went with his company. He did my whole refinance in just a little over a month. James Loucks is an outstanding loan agent. His communication during this whole loan process was excellent. His knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated which made the loan process smooth and simple. If you're reading this review you've probably already done some research on-line and my have even signed up for some loan information. Within seconds of requesting loan "quotes" on-line I received three phone calls from lenders trying to earn my business. That's exactly how I look at it too, they are earning my business. We worked with Chris Ross on a refinance. Chris's professionalism and honest approach steered us away from a direct lender we initially contacted (who acted more like a used car salesman). Chris was extremely professional in handling our application--he guided us through the whole process providing frequent updates, made himself available to answer any questions, and quickly closed our refinance. Home Plus is great. They did an outstanding job in processing my loan. I had a number of complications which they handled in a timely manner. Jimmy Loucks was my primary point of contact and he was extremely effective in communicating all aspects of the loan process and closing the loan.
