He thought about and planned for how to approach each step int eh process. The underwriter asked more questions than seemed necessary but our broker, Chris Ross, knew how to respond to respond to continue to move the process forward. My broker was terrific! Jonathan really came through for us. Multiple competitors were saying his quoted low rate wasn't doable, but Jonathan somehow made it happen for us. Not only that, he was responding to every question even on weekends and late nights. Never had a question where we stood. Highly recommend going to Home Plus Mortgage.
