Erin Cooper from Homeplus Mortgage was really helpful in getting me through the entire process of securing a loan to refinance my primary mortgage and HELOC loan. Throughout the process there were some minor obstacles that she helped me navigate through by having the relevant forms ready for me to fill out and sign and by contacting the relevant institutions on my behalf. Jeff Ludlow was great to work with. Always attentive to our needs, always responded quickly to our questions and knew how to get the job done. Our original loan request was in August of 2011 and was approved...........however, we didn't follow through. We re-contacted Jeff on August 27th of this year and our $900K loan was funded yesterday.
