I had pretty high expectations going in, but Erin quickly blew those away. She always gave me excellent advice, provided me with her outstanding analysis of the money markets and kept me appraised at all times. She even followed up afterwards to make sure my original lender processed my refund from escrow. Thanks Erin

This mortgage required coming up with a large amount of documentation, and some of it up to 4 years old. Lisa Knight stayed on top of the process and provided daily feedback and advice. It would have been easy to get discouraged but Lisa kept pushing it through until it got done.

We just signed the loan documents for refinancing our house last night! This was our second attempt after the first attempt last year fell through at the last moment, because I was layed off just a few days before closing. We refinanced our existing ARM to a 30 year fixed jumbo with HomePlus Mortgage at 3.375%. Erin Cooper was our mortgage agent at HomePlus and did an outstanding job. We were very pleased with her responsiveness and proactive assistance. She answered all our many questions accurately and concisely. We worked with Joe Vitiello to get us a good rate. Joe provided exceptional service. There were a few factors that made our refi difficult, but Joe wouldn't give up until he found the right loan for us. As a result of his hard work, we will be saving several hundred dollars each month. I can't say enough positive things about Joe and our experience with Home Plus Mortgage! Great experience

Leah was great in all aspects of the service from answering questions to getting a good rate/closing cost. We had a pretty tight deadline to meet for the deal to go through and Leah worked hard to make things happen. I would highly recommend HomePlus for anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance.
