Although my wife and I had decided not to purchase a home due to the competition, the ease of getting our pre-approval and the attention to detail that Leah Green provided was beyond our imagination. I have used Leah Green from HomePlus mortgage for my initial purchase and two refi’s. My initial purchase was complicated (for some reason unrelated to credit) and Leah went above and beyond to get the loan that I wanted. Everything worked out perfectly and I am sure that had I been with another lender the process would not have been as smooth. I had a great experience with Leah Green and Home Plus Mortgage during my home loan origination and a subsequent refi. Leah promptly responded to my multitude of questions and made the process easy. The fees/costs were competitive and the level of service was much better than working directly with the lender. I will definitely be working with Leah and Home Plus again for my future mortgage needs

Lisa Knight was responsive, fast, knowledgeable, and patient. She guided me through the process, which ended up being a lot less painful than I feared thanks to her. She was also incredibly patient with all of my questions and stayed on top of everything. I would highly recommend Lisa.

As you know the home buying process can be a very daunting and stressful process or experience. Joe Vitiello was very diligent and made the home lending/ buying experience very pleasurable. Joe's Responsiveness combined with his prodigious ability to process the loan minimized a lot of time and anxiety for me. Our lender Lindsay Knight guided us through a pretty stressful home buying process. We had to back out of escrow from the first home due to no fault of ours. Because we had shopped around for rates, the credit score temporarily dipped as we got into our second escrow. We took the risk of no-loan and no-appraisal contingencies in close consultation with Lindsay and ended up getting our home with a different lender/loan type. We highly recommend Lindsay to any one.
