My broker, Jeff Ludlow, was fantastic. I had tried to refinance last year with another company and when that failed, I turned to Jeff. He reviewed my situation and advised me to hold off and not spend more appraisal money. He said he would contact me when the time was right. I was very happy with Jeff, he was very professional and responsive to my questions. I felt comfortable throughout the process and Jeff was always available to provide updates on where things were at. Great service, knowledge and professionalism overall.
Lisa did a most efficient job pulling together all the information that was required by the Lender. Seldom did more than a few hours pass before I was notified that something else was needed - and she could often foresee exactly what was needed before the lender requested. It was one of the fastest I have ever been involved in and her numbers did not keep changing on me as has happened in the past
I really enjoyed working with Joe Vitiello on my residential loan. He was very responsive and patient about a loan where the sellers were not easy to deal with.
From beginning to end, Erin Cooper, did an outstanding job of providing me with all the information I needed to understand my options. I was then able lot talk to her on weekends with questions. We locked in a great rate and the signing agent came to my house late to meet my schedule. I would highly recommmend Erin and the team!
