C. Ross did my loan that was done under HARP 2. Service was excellent. Always responsive. Loan took a little longer than expected... could have been due to it being a HARP 2 loan. APR was also about half a point higher than market rate which may have also been due to HARP 2. Anyways, he made the refinancing pretty painless and was there to guide me in every step of the process
