I had worked with John before and it went as smooth as possible. The paperwork is no fun but the only glitch was the volume of mail that we got and the fact that downloading the forms meant acceptance of the forms. That was probably our fault for not knowing but it was a new process that we hadn't seen in prior re-fi's so that was the only mis-understanding throughout the entire process. John is professional and all the details are known and laid out nicely. No mistakes, no screw-ups.

Joe Vitiello with Home Plus Mortgage is hands down the best mortgage adviser I've ever worked with. I've dealt with numerous large banks, credit unions, and mortgage brokers in managing my personal and investment properties. Joe is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. EVERY phone call or email was returned within 30 minutes. So refreshing when you compare this to dealing with large banks with tons of phone extensions and prompts. I just completed a refi and worked with Leah Green from Home Plus Mortgage - she did a spectacular job! When I used Lending Tree I was bombarded with offers. I sent out a comprehensive responsive email and Leah was the best responder. She knew the market well and respected my knowledge of the market. She was excellent throughout the process. Fidelity Title has not been so good but Leah and HomePlus were excellent.
