When I first applied for a refinance through LendingTree, I received a fair amount of responses from lenders on my email address also receiving telephone calls. I replied to every lender by email, letting them know; I would be returning their telephone calls within days. I also requested they stop calling me during my work hours. I've worked with Michael Z. twice now. He is professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He gets right to the point and wastes no time. He was flexible to meet my needs. When the appraiser couldn't meet my schedule, I contacted him and he found a way to get it done on my schedule. The rate and cost/fees were very competitive. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I shopped extensively for a refi to lower my interest rate & even locked with someone else. There are some very pushy people out there! Home Plus Mortgage was local and offered the best of all of them and Tina was not pushy at all. We closed in 30 days or so. Not a single hiccup, everything was electronic and effortless. I've done many loans and this was by far the easiest and quickest and best deal. Tina was knowledgeable and answered every question immediately and thoroughly.

After trying several places to refinance my loan, I found Rick Ammon. With our recent retirement, all other financial institutations didn't want to take the time to handle our refinance except for Rick. He was honest, quick, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Rick did a great job and I would recommend him to others.. Great job and thanks to Rick we were able to refinance our loan at a loan rate and less years

Tina at Home Plus Mortgage is amazing! She has done two refinances for us, the second one she reached out to us to lower our interest rate. Both transactions were seamless and TIna was on top of everything, all the time. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We wouldn't use any other company to either purchase or refinance.

We searched through several websites, including Lending Tree, and after reading reviews and researching online, we settled with HomePlus and we had the pleasure of working with James Rotta. James was great, responsive and kept us in the loop throughout the process. HomePlus and James kept their word and we would definitely recommend them to friends/family. If you want honesty and integrity, they are a place to go if you need a loan or refinance your home

Great service, james was always there to answer my questions. He made me feel that i was in control, not beeing pushed and beeing too agresive. That is very important when something so big as a refinance is involved.
