HomePlus Mortgage, and their representative Terry Fry were fantastic. I could not ask for a better experience. They guided us through the process efficiently and professionally, anticipating every need and proactively telling us what was needed and when. This led to a timely closing with the lender being ready to fund a full week prior to the closing date. 5 stars and I will definitely use them in the future

Day one Jimmy Loucks was professional and made me feel like I was in good hands. The thing I appreciated the most was the time he responded to my phone and email messages. He was determined to ensure that our needs were met. It wasn't about the money. It was about making us feel comfortable with the process.

I had been tricked by my bank in to thinking I had a great mortgage interest rate (3.85%) that my bank proposed to me and I was going to refi. Then I talked to Carl at HomePlus and he said he would just look and see if he could find anything better. I'm glad he did because he was able to find me a much much better rate (3.15%). I recommend talking to Carl before doing anything with your mortgage. He is very responsive and always gets back to me asap -even weekends. I couldn't get anything better anywhere else.

Keith made an extra effort on more than one occasion to explain details about my self employment to the lender. He also kept us going with more than one lender so that we had an option of a better rate at the end then we would have got otherwise.

I would highly recommend working with HomePlus Mortgage and ask for Joe Vitiello. From start to finish, Joe was extremely helpful and patient with us. He was readily available by phone or email for any questions we had. He was upfront and honest about all of the info he presented and did not try to pressure us into anything.
