I worked with Jonathan Rhodes from Home Plus Mortgage for a new home purchase. The time I contacted Jonathan to the closing of escrow took one month. Jonathan provided various options for the mortgage when I first contacted him. He worked out different scenarios and came up with numbers to help me choose the right option.
