We were applying for a refi at another MTG comp. We didn't go through them because their rate was high and I was not satisfied with the Loan Officer. We found HomePlus and spoke to Joe Vitoiello. He was very helpful from the very start. Customer service was efficient. He was very patient in answering all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Joe to friends and family.

I didn't know much about HomePlus mortgage until I had the chance to refi the home loan with them. The loan officer Carl Snyder was very helpful on every step of the way to get the loan close on time. A well deserved 5 star rating. Kudos to HomePlus mortgage for hiring such a professional!

My experience with Home Plus Mortgage, John Vitale was our best experience in refinancing our Mortgage. John helped find us the best loan and at no cost to us. He did all the work and kept us informed every step of the way. We will certainly choose HomePlus Mortgage for any future needs.

I called HomePlus after seeing their ad, and checking out the reviews on three different sites, and Joe Vitiello answered the call. I was nearly at the end of a refi with another company and was very unhappy with their customer service. Joe answered all my questions, gave me assurances, and make me very comfortable with my decision to end my refi with the other company and start over with HomePlus, and with Joe. At first I was I very skeptical about working with John Vitale with HomePlus Mortgage but from the very first conversation the respect that was show us, instantly put us at ease. We're big on customer service and the John Vitale went above and beyond the call of duty, patiently answering our questions and always being available, even on weekends, late night, early morning and holidays! I definitely would work with HomePlus Mortgage again, as well as recommend this company to ALL of my family and friend

I rarely write comments or leave feedback on financial transactions. I have now done three loans with Chris Ross and would not consider using anyone else. I have never met him in person. He is knowledgable, attentive, and responsible, helps you get the best rate and price and closes as fast as can be done.

I normally wouldn't consider writing a review, but my experience with HomePlus Mortgage was so outstanding, I feel compelled to tell everyone. The decision to refi was an easy one, but the decision on who to go with was difficult. I'm the kind of person who would typically accept a less appealing deal in order to work with someone I like and who I know will focus on customer service.
