Spent a lot of time considering a comfortable chair to purchase. Heard about a stress less recliner and decided to check it out. The sales person was great..very friendly and caring ensuring i find that perfect chair. After using all her salesman skills, I bought a chair and scheduled delivery was a week later. We went back to Homeworld to purchase four additional dining room chairs that matched the set we had previously purchased a few years back (that was an excellent experience). This time around, the salesperson told us that we would have our order in 30 days. At day 31, we call and are told that actually, it would be another 30 days. My fiance and I needed a sofa, leather, something nice yet affordable. We went to Inspiration, several Ashley's Furniture, some specialty shops. We eventually decided on Homeworld due to there price and quality. The Natuzzi sofa was easy on the eyes, good quality and priced accordingly. UPDATE-July 24, 2013 (rank 4 stars) Since my previous review below, HW has bent over backwards to fix & accommodate our concernsl While they do have process issues they accepted responsibility and were extremely courteous to take prompt corrective action. 7/23/2013 (rank 1 star) DEFECTIVE NEW sofa's have been delivered TWICE SO FAR! I'd like to give ZERO stars if possible. Buying furniture here is like shopping in China. They showed us a beautiful Stressless Ekornes leather recliner for $2195. Our purchase arrived and the recliner felt like plastic instead of high grade leather. Buyers, please go elsewhere unless you want to spend good money for a FAKE!

I've been a customer of them for 5 years to furnish my Waikiki condo buying chairs, sofas, dining sets... Recently customer service has deteriorated to unacceptable levels. I fought with them for 4 months to get a recliner repaired that was under warranty. Appointments were missed and never followed up on, return calls never made and everything just dropped apparently in the hope I would go away. Came here to look for a few larger pieces. Some good quality items, but mostly overpriced and a little oversized--the scale seems off for some of the designs, and I can't understand why they want 4 figures for some MDF. I'm not a furniture snob--I can live with some MDF on a few everyday pieces/pieces for kids, but I'm sure not going to pay $3000 for it! For a 10/1/12 visit. I barely even remember this place........oh yeah, didn't have ANYTHING I was looking for. Decent set-up, decent selection - nothing for me. Very nice sales reps tho.

Lots of selection and pleasant sales staff. We selected dining room, living room and bedroom furniture in late august.. Not all of it was in stock but we woukld have it by late September. Disappointed, considering how many thousands that we were spending that they did not warehouse all the stuff in their advertisements. When we did not hear from them about delivery in late September, we went in to check and actually buy a few more items to add to the list. Now delivery would be in just a couple of weeks.
