I custom ordered a sofabed in October 17, 2020. Here is is May 26, 2021 and I still have not received my order. The "Sales Lead" tells me maybe it'll be here mid-June. If I had known it would take 9 months I might have made a different choice. This is the 2nd time we've had trouble with delayed delivery from HomeWorld. It really is too bad they own most of the furniture stores on the island. The quality of the furniture is good, but the lead time and follow-up service leaves much to be desired.

Inventory is really bad. Sales people promise that furniture will come in, all to make a sale, than it doesn't and this goes on and on for months.

Two weeks before buy the furniture here, so let us angry too disappointed. Because don't believe their quality has a problem, so didn't go to check carefully before. Today only to find that a dresser beside the broken them directly with white paint to cheat in the past, I am here to buy the four sets of bed, but the quality is really so, really very angry very disappointed.

We special ordered a leather sectional from here, which we were told would take around three months to make. We were called almost exactly three months after we had ordered it, which was great. We arranged for delivery the following Friday. No window can be given for the delivery until two days before. On Wednesday we were given the delivery window of 2:15 to 4:15. 10/16/17 - well September came and went and I didn't hear anything so around October 6 I called and lo and behold the new end tables were in but nobody called to tell me. Arranged for delivery the following week and when the end table was delivered the wood was damaged in various places and this time the glass top is unstable as it rocks back and forth because of the uneven wood. Think twice if you gonna shop here "delivery fee $110 is non-refundable" even the item was damage at time of delivery.

While the selection is one of the better on the island, Homeworld uses Certegy to guarantee checks used by their customers to make purchases. This company for no reason given denied my check even though funds are and were available. Then, without any attempt to contact me to get another form of payment, my account was sent to a collection agency who was contacting me less than 2 weeks after the purchase date! Customer service is non-existent. Here are the facts. Decide for yourself. I've purchase several pieces from Homeworld in the past two years. Apparently, if you don't buy their extended warranty, they don't care about you once your product has been delivered. November 2015 - Purchased beautiful wood table and chairs. A couple of chairs had to be switched out after initial delivery but I was ultimately satisfied with my purchase. December 2015 - Found 2 giant screws on my kitchen floor.
