Terrible shopping experience. I needed a bed frame by a certain date. I confirmed few times with the sales lady about the delivery date before I purchased. She told me they will contact me about the time the day before the pick up date but they never, so I called the sale lady and checked the status. Beautiful furniture. Horrible salesman They did not acknowledge us what so ever, we passed through 5 salesman and no one cared to ask what we were looking for. They acknowledged everyone except us.
We want to purchase a buffet and table. We have made purchases at HomeWorld in the past. We walked through the entire Honolulu store and also Ashley. Not one salesperson approached us to offer help. There were a few people walking around with clipboards, salespeople? Very disappointing experience in each store.

I custom ordered a sofabed in October 17, 2020. Here is is May 26, 2021 and I still have not received my order. The "Sales Lead" tells me maybe it'll be here mid-June. If I had known it would take 9 months I might have made a different choice. This is the 2nd time we've had trouble with delayed delivery from HomeWorld. It really is too bad they own most of the furniture stores on the island. The quality of the furniture is good, but the lead time and follow-up service leaves much to be desired.

Inventory is really bad. Sales people promise that furniture will come in, all to make a sale, than it doesn't and this goes on and on for months.

4 star furniture quality. 1 star customer service. I can not recommend this establishment.
Two weeks before buy the furniture here, so let us angry too disappointed. Because don't believe their quality has a problem, so didn't go to check carefully before. Today only to find that a dresser beside the broken them directly with white paint to cheat in the past, I am here to buy the four sets of bed, but the quality is really so, really very angry very disappointed.

We special ordered a leather sectional from here, which we were told would take around three months to make. We were called almost exactly three months after we had ordered it, which was great. We arranged for delivery the following Friday. No window can be given for the delivery until two days before. On Wednesday we were given the delivery window of 2:15 to 4:15. 10/16/17 - well September came and went and I didn't hear anything so around October 6 I called and lo and behold the new end tables were in but nobody called to tell me. Arranged for delivery the following week and when the end table was delivered the wood was damaged in various places and this time the glass top is unstable as it rocks back and forth because of the uneven wood.
