Furniture is nice, and a lot of selection. BUT from the moment we walked in we were stalked. I couldn't get a minute to myself to talk to my husband without being hovered over. We felt so smothered, and it made an experience that is supposed to be fun and exciting very annoying. At the end the saleswoman said "just so you know we work off of commision" yeah obviously The whole experience made me not want to purchase anything from here. Way too pushy.

Watch out for Bruce. He's useless. Won't return phone calls and will lie about when your items will be available. He will also give you a ton of attitude. Since he doesn't call me, I then had to call and see if my item had arrived and it had been ready for a week. I asked Bruce when he was going to call me and he said "tomorrow". horrible store and the worst customer service! to the racist, cocky, old haole guy with the east coast accent who refused to help us find a platform bed for reasons that are beyond us (possibly our ethnic background?) -- your store sucks! I am not a heavy Yelp reviewer by any means but I felt compelled to write this review because my experience was so bad.. This store has HORRENDOUS customer service! I came here one afternoon after work to look for pieces to furnish my new home and not a single person EVER approached to help me throughout my entire time in the store. Great service and great products. I would look into the review placed by "Nicole R.". She is a known thief and has stolen from many retail locations including the one that I work at. If you have a security system, please take a look at it and match her activity with any possible shrinkage you may have seen that day. She is also currently under investigation for mail fraud and I wanted to warn your fine business.

We are not sure if we are just unlucky but most of the furniture we bought from HomeWorld need to be repaired. Besides that what we cannot stand is that their Customer Service is not responsive! Most time we had to called them to follow up because they did not provide us the status update. When I ordered, the salesman looked up my item on their computer and told me it was already on the island- the ship had arrived and they were just waiting for it to clear customs. I called two weeks later and was told the same arrival date of the ship, but it was still clearing customs and a manager would call back. No manager ever called back. I called back after three weeks and the arrival date of the ship had changed to ten days later, meaning They flat out lied to me about the product arrival just to make a sale. I have ... read more

Recently moved to Waikiki and in need of furnishings for a two bedroom condo. Looking for quality, value priced, with style and of a compact design to maximize the 1000 square feet that I have to work with. Visited Home World, part of the C.S. Woo conglomeration: C. S. Be careful! My Boyfriend and I came here to seriously look for a new bed. The reason I'm giving these guys at least 2 stars is because they had a great selection, and I became educated on what type of bed we needed and wanted. RE: Sales Representative- BE CAREFUL!
