Very disappointed in the customer service from the sales department. Will not recommend and will deter anyone who mentions looking for a vehicle there.
We were on vacation when our Odyssey broke down. Honda Morristown was willing to stay late and fix it to get us back on the road. In the end we ended purchasing a brand new Odyssey to drive home. The staff at Honda Morristown went above and beyond. Staff stayed late, made sure we were comfortable and helped us get the old van unpacked and new van packed. Worst dealership around. They act like they don't want your business. Word of mouth is the best advertising! Complete waste of time.
It's not possible to give zero stars. We took our own mechanic with us to the dealership to check out the truck we wanted to test drive. When we got there the salesman opened the hood of our car to look at the engine. It was spotless. Then they drove it around back. Very dishonest dealership. I went to purchase a car 2012 Honda civic 41,000 miles and I was told what my interest rate would be according to my credit score. I filled out everything and left with the car. A few days later I got a call that the financing did not go through but they was able to get me financed at a much higher rate through Wells Fargo!! Bought a Used Honda CR V there last Friday. I questioned the transmission and motor and main drive and safety issues due to the mileage. I was told great vehicle no need to worry about any of that for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles. They went through an 150 point checklist. They are no way they could have.
