RecommendedWent there for service and lot of repairs cost up to $1,500.00. Waiting for the service to be completed and a young man CJ started to talk to us ask why we were there. We explained to him our story. Than asked if we thought of trading it in and we said didn't think it was possible. Next thing we knew we we're drive home in a 2020 Honda Accord.
Over been doing to Honda of Morristown for about 5 years. I recently bought a used vehicle there (a Nissan) and I have a 1yr warranty, which I do. I understand it's a third party warranty. They boasted how everything but the stereo and paint are covered. That even if a lightbulb goes out, it'd be covered. I had a leaky battery that kind of destroyed the outside terminal. $15 dollar part and $70 labor in which I had to pay because it was less than this deductible that I wasn't told about. I called days before to make an appointment. Called for a simple B1 service. Got talked into a transmission fluid change. Wasn’t scheduled for that but my fault for not reading up on that first. Service took 3 hours and 15 minutes. Don’t think I’m going back. Prices are pretty high too.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Cheated me and my husband out of over $3000.00. Bought the car in April 2018. Caught up with their lies the very next day and went back. Signed all the papers to have these (HIDDEN FEES) cancelled and still have yet to see the money! I warn people if y’all go here to watch. They will definitely cheat ya!
Two weeks after buying a new Accord from them. They called and said that one of the papers I signed was misaligned on the iPad and that I just needed to come in and sign it again. Once I get there they had increased my payment by $15 a month because “they had the wrong MSRP on the sticker“. I will never be back and will not have my car services there. Be careful when dealing with this company.
i would never buy nothing from this place me and my wife was purchasing a vehicle from them we had an appointment after i got off work to close the deal and they sold it out from under us on our way to dealership and salesman Harvey was rude about it..... i definitely would not recommend buying anything from this place
I took my 2017 honda accord to get some warranty work done on it and the serivce rep discussed doing a service on it well after he told me the price for everything in which came to around 500.00 I was presented a bill after the service for almost 800.00. i then got a call from the service rep this am and ended up being told that i was just upset because how much it cost. well yes i am because i wouldn't have agreed to that at all. really dishonest and definitely not a good way of handling a complaint. i have purchased multip... read more
