Purchased a certified Honda Pilot where the dealership performed a 182 point inspection as well as replaced the oil, air filter and performed state inspection and emissions testing among other things. Got the car with 40 more miles than when the inspection was performed with the oil like being at 80%, the air filter extremely dirty as if it hasn’t been replaced in years (where Honda North indicated on the CARFAX that it was replaced) and emissions testing that wasn’t done. I have yet to have an amazing experience with this dealership. Purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot Touring in October 2023. There was nothing stellar about the sale and I probably should have walked away then. I read several reviews about how people were so pleased with the buying process. I did not have that same experience. The vehicle has been in 5 times since for things that needed replaced. One burnt out interior light, a door that would not unlock and now a faulty seatbelt.
