Salesperson greeted us when we walked in. When we told her we wanted to look at 2011 Toyota tacoma, she said “One of our salespersons is going to buy that” In my opinion, she should have just said “ that was just sold” instead of telling us a salesperson just bought. Why would a Honda North employee buy a toyota? If vehicle is sold ( or salesperson going to buy) then take the vehicle off of the website!!! I won’t be back to Honda North.

Purchased a certified Honda Pilot where the dealership performed a 182 point inspection as well as replaced the oil, air filter and performed state inspection and emissions testing among other things. Got the car with 40 more miles than when the inspection was performed with the oil like being at 80%, the air filter extremely dirty as if it hasn’t been replaced in years (where Honda North indicated on the CARFAX that it was replaced) and emissions testing that wasn’t done.
